Hosted by the Organizing Committee of 2018 China International Big Data Industry Expo, and undertaken by the China-Britain Business Council, the UK Day: UK-China Intelligent Collaboration 2018 was held in Guiyang on May 25.
Huang Changxiang, deputy secretary of Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone Party Work Committee, said the zone has unique advantages in latitude, altitude, temperature, humidity, concentration and wind, and has become a hot spot for big data investment. Entering a new era, the zone will vigorously develop big data, big health, high-end manufacturing and high-end service industries.
At the meeting, the zone and Imperial College London signed a letter of intent for strategic cooperation on the construction of a big data lab.
