The aim of this project is to solve the problems of low utilization rate among existing scientific research equipment in the Zone, the low sharing rate and the inability to form synergy. By focusing on improving the utilization efficiency and sharing level of science and technology resources, a large-scale scientific research instruments sharing platform will be built within three years. The project uses cloud technology and big data as the information means for sharing large-scale scientific research instruments and equipment. Through the construction of physical aggregation platforms and network aggregation platforms, new and existing idle large-scale instruments and equipment will be more quickly opened to universities, research institutes, enterprises and social R&D organizations in the province, so as to realize resource sharing, improve the utilization rate of scientific research equipment and instruments, fully release service potential, serve science and technology innovation and social needs, and provide effective support for implementing innovation-driven development strategies.
