National recognition was recently received by Guiyang Shunluo Xunda Electronics Co Ltd, based in the Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, also known as the Guiyang HIDZ.
The company – located in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province – was awarded the May 1 Labor Medal.
The honor was conferred by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions on April 28.
The Guiyang HIDZ-based enterprise was one of four winning the honor in Guizhou province.
Guiyang Shunluo Xunda Electronics Co Ltd is a national high-tech industrialization center for electronic components, whose main product is a high-frequency wound chip inductor.
It currently supplies the likes of ZTE, TCL and other Global Fortune 500 companies and is rated highly in the domestic inductor industry.
"Technological innovation and increasing investment in scientific research have enabled the company to develop rapidly and become a benchmark among similar enterprises," according to general manager Dai Zhengli.
Since 2018, the company has gradually built an intelligent warehouse management system, a production management execution system, a human resources management system, an enterprise management system, an office management system and a digital factory integrated platform.
Meanwhile, various smart devices have been introduced.
The company's R&D investment in the past three years has accounted for more than 6 percent of sales, and last year, its R&D spend topped 30 million yuan ($4.5 million).
After its intelligent transformation, the company's output, output value, yield, sales, profits and other key financial indicators are said to have all comprehensively improved.
