Guizhou Dawosi Optoelectronics Co, a resident enterprise of the Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, can be considered a provincial model for how enterprises should develop.
The enterprise set up operations in the Guiyang HIDZ in 2012, mainly producing 1-105 inch capacitive touch screens.
Its products are widely used in smart homes, smart offices, smart watches, notebook computers, vehicle industrial control, security, medicine, finance and other fields.
The company currently has three factories in Guizhou with an annual output value of more than 600 million yuan.
Among them, its Huaxi factory, which was put into use in early April this year, has a total of four production lines. Its annual output value is expected to reach 600 million yuan ($90.02 million) after it begins operating at full capacity.
Meanwhile, Guizhou Dawosi Optoelectronics Co is a global leader in the global touch screen field. Its production line uses intelligent equipment and technologies such as AGV robots, a JIT real-time production management system, a MDC equipment management system, and a production big data management visualization platform to realize the intelligent management of production.
The capacitive touch screen full-laser production process developed by the enterprise is well-reputed within the industry. The process allows the first-pass rate and production efficiency of products to far exceed the industry average and brings product good-quality rate to 95 percent.
In addition to supplying the domestic market, the enterprise's products are widely sold in South Korea, Germany, the US, Japan, India and France.
Its current partners include Transsion, TCL, LG, HP, ELO, 3M, Haier, CVTE, Honghe, Changhong, Hikvision, Liandi, PAX Computer and other well-known enterprises.
Statistics from the enterprise show that in the first quarter of this year, it had an output value of 100 million yuan.
In the next five years, the enterprise's annual output value is expected to reach 3 billion yuan.
