The first batch of houses in the Taiyanghu Talent Town project in the Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) in Southwest China's Guizhou province was delivered on June 30.
The project is located in the Shawen Ecological Science and Technology Industrial Park in Guiyang HIDZ. It is a residential project that integrates commercial, community and education services, and cultural sports.
The project covers a construction area of 417,000 square meters and consists of 51 buildings.
Construction has started on 23 buildings, and a total of eight buildings with 336 sets of houses were delivered this time.
