Since the beginning of this year, Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) has taken multiple measures to promote the introduction of new talent, yielding remarkable results.
So far, Guiyang HIDZ has added 2,860 talents of various kinds, including 2,603 university graduates who have signed work contracts.
During this year's Talent Day and the Big Data Expo 2023, Guiyang HIDZ specifically targeted the introduction of high-end talents along key industrial chains. As of now, the zone has added 289 high-level and urgently needed talents.
Guiyang HIDZ has provided professional training for around 10,000 local human resources and technical personnel. Some 229 talents have been recommended to apply for related talent policies, resulting in 3.27 million yuan in subsidies being disbursed.
Additionally, Guiyang HIDZ has provided assistance to 1,500 talents, resolving over 30 major difficulties they have encountered.
