Guizhou Huatai Zhiyuan Big Data Service Co, a resident enterprise of Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, has grown into a leading digital twin company in Southwest China since entering the industry in 2019.
The company has provided digital twin products and services to more than 40 benchmark projects, covering 13 provinces and 24 cities, served the government and firms in vertical industries, and collaborated with the navy's project.
Huatai Zhiyuan's most representative work is the digital twin model of the Balinghe Bridge. "For any company, managing, monitoring, and maintaining this world-class bridge in a mountainous area and across a thousand-meter-wide canyon is a huge challenge," said Huatai Zhiyuan founder Liu Nanyu.
The company constructed an accurate and comprehensive model of the Balinghe Bridge via high-precision static twin models.
The company claimed that operators could obtain the bridge's high-precision location, damage, accidents, events and other data via one screen.
Huatai Zhiyuan has also expanded its digital twin business to other industries, including water conservancy, military, and rural vitalization. The company's digital twin projects in different regions, including the Beijing Jinyu Shuangxia smart building, the Chengdu Smart City IOC, and the Dali Wastewater Platform, have been considered benchmark cases.
Leveraging data governance and data services, the company established the Guiyang Digital Twin Technology Enterprise Incubator to further unleash the value of big data. The incubator has successfully incubated nine enterprises in areas such as IoT, 3D modeling, medical technology, and smart transportation in the last year.
