Recently, Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) announced plans to select and form a group of experts to establish a key expert talent pool, aiming to support the high-quality development of industries and economy in the zone.
The key expert talent pool in Guiyang HIDZ will consist of chief experts, development advisors, and part-time engineers.
Among them, chief experts are renowned and influential leaders with expertise in industries or are listed in the "Guiyang and Guian Talent Classification Directory" categories A to C, who meet the requirements for key industry development.
They will mainly lead teams to guide and promote specific projects, as well as participate in related planning and policy-making.
They will propose forward-looking and strategic suggestions and solutions in the fields of economy, industry, and technology; and conduct research, seminars, lectures, and decision-making consultations, as well as attend major events.
Development advisors are key talents who meet the requirements for key industry development or are listed in the "Guiyang and Guian Talent Classification Directory" categories A to D, and have influence over, and make contributions to, their respective industries.
They are responsible for providing guidance and support for major projects, technological research projects, and achievements in industrialization.
They will lead teams to complete scientific research, project research, and development planning for joint construction projects.
They will coordinate investment attraction and talent recruitment for Guiyang HIDZ and provide technical training, guidance, and consultation.
Part-time engineers are professional talents who meet the requirements for key industry development or are listed in the "Guiyang and Guian Talent Classification Directory" categories A to F. They have influence over, and make contributions to, their respective industries, and can participate in relevant activities during their spare time.
Their main responsibilities include utilizing their professional knowledge and technical advantages to participate in science and technology activities organized by government departments. They provide consulting advice, deliver themed lectures, and more.
Currently, the first batch of 35 experts has been included in the key expert talent pool in Guiyang HIDZ.
Moving forward, this talent pool will gradually expand its services beyond the jurisdiction of the HIDZ to other areas.
