The Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) recently held its 2024 work conference in Guiyang city, where it revealed that it aims to attract over 4200 talents this year, including 500 high-level professionals.

Moreover, Guiyang HIDZ will seek the establishment of a number of national or provincial-level innovation and entrepreneurship platforms, implement a "transparent leadership appointment" system, and ignite the innovative spirit of talents.
Furthermore, Guiyang HIDZ will harness its brand superiority in the human resources service industrial park in order to offer customized market-oriented services to park enterprises. This will involve the appointment of talent service specialists for key enterprises and the establishment of a seamless coordination mechanism, as well as the maximization of talent policies to reinforce and guarantee service provisions.
Looking ahead, Guiyang HIDZ will explore multi-level, multi-form, and multi-domain cooperative approaches to break through informational barriers between talents and enterprises, thus providing robust talent support and assurances for high-quality development.
