The company possesses proprietary patents on its fully automatic deposition DiaCoat reaction system equipment, as well as intellectual property rights for the process and characterization methods for atomic-level diamond film deposition on various substrates.
Through a research and development collaboration with a German research team in the field of functional conductive diamonds, the company rapidly achieved technological iteration in core equipment and applications, establishing a large-scale production line for FCD materials.
Currently, the company has developed multiple application products around this technology.
