Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) in Southwest China's Guizhou province recently unveiled a "talent recruitment and intelligence" workstation in Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan province.
It's the first of its kind established by Guiyang HIDZ outside of the zone's jurisdiction.
Appointment letters were also presented to designated "talent recruitment officers" and "campus talent ambassadors" on the same day.
As the first special talent zone in Guizhou, Guiyang HIDZ is actively building a dynamic talent demand database. Leveraging platforms like the Guizhou Professionals Convention and the Guiyang Big Data Expo, it facilitates precise connections between businesses and high-end innovators.
Focusing on the manpower needs of major industrial projects, Guiyang HIDZ organizes specialized events, and campus outreach programs, and broadens channels to enhance the pool of industrial and skilled talents for enterprises.
The establishment of the talent recruitment and intelligence workstation in Chengdu signifies not only strengthened ties with universities and localities but also a more streamlined dissemination of talent policies and precise talent recruitment channels.
