The construction site of the Hengshengyuan Building in the Guiyang National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) is bustling with activity as the project advances at a rapid pace.
"This project is a key investment attraction initiative for Guiyang HIDZ, operated by Guizhou Hengshengyuan Construction Co with a total investment of approximately 320 million yuan ($43.84 million) and a total construction area of 45,000 square meters," explained Liu Zhaomo, the onsite manager.
Liu added, "Foundation work is 35 percent complete, and the above-ground floors have reached the fifth level. We anticipate topping out the main structure by early November."
The Hengshengyuan Building is designed to be a comprehensive commercial building that integrates leisure and business, corporate offices, financial services, a hotel, and consumer services.
Guiyang HIDZ's relevant departments have been providing dedicated support to expedite the project's construction, assisting the company with preliminary procedures such as filing and project approval.
"We are very satisfied with the business environment of Guiyang HIDZ," said Liu.
Since the beginning of this year, Guiyang HIDZ has commenced 22 new projects with a total investment of 6.43 billion yuan.
