Guiyang Longmaster Information Technology Co, based in the Guiyang National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ) of Southwest China's Guizhou province, won the first prize in the AI+ Healthcare category of the "AI Pioneer Cup" "AI+" Application and Skills Competition with its self-developed "39AI Doctor" medical large model, standing out among 38 competing projects nationwide.
Founded in 1998, Longmaster has long focused on AI, the internet, and big data technologies, shifting toward the "Internet + Healthcare" sector in 2013.
As a pioneer in medical AI, Longmaster has made continuous investments in R&D. Leveraging over two decades of high-quality, structured medical and health data from its internet healthcare services, the company trained the "39AI Doctor Brain" using natural language processing and deep learning technologies combined with global medical knowledge. The system employs a "slow-thinking" diagnostic model that logically correlates symptoms, medical histories, and test results – significantly improving diagnostic accuracy.
"39AI Doctor" now includes multiple functional modules such as disease diagnosis, case analysis, doctor's notes, medical consultation, and voice-based inquiries. It supports multi-language interaction and can be applied across various healthcare settings – from primary clinics to large hospitals – assisting with diagnosis, consultation, and health management.
The platform is available in several formats, including a hospital edition, a mini-program, and an IPTV version, meeting the diverse needs of users. "39AI Doctor" is China's first nationally registered medical large model, and its "39 Health Medical Content Generation Algorithm" has also received national deep synthesis service certification.
As of August 2025, the system has been deployed in 187 primary healthcare institutions in Guiyang, with 1,651 doctors using it and over 430,000 consultations completed.
