The Bailuhu Data Industrial Park in Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Guiyang HIDZ), Southwest China's Guizhou province, is accelerating efforts to build a data services ecosystem in anticipation of hosting an observation site for the China International Big Data Industry Expo 2026.
Located in Guiyang HIDZ, the 77 mu (5.13 hectares) park has a total floor area of 102,000 square meters across eight industrial buildings. It focuses on data labeling, cleaning, and AI dataset development, using Guiyang HIDZ's computing and big data resources to support the AI industry.
Guizhou Kaishu Technology Co Ltd, one of the park's tenants, relocated from Henan province and completed the relocation in about a year. Its team of more than 70 employees now processes text, image, audio, and 3D point-cloud data for clients in fields including intelligent driving and smart healthcare.
"The park offers strong policy support, efficient services, and competitive operating costs,"said Zhao Yiming, a project manager at Kaishu Technology.
The park has also established partnerships with more than 40 colleges and universities in Guizhou, creating a pipeline linking education, practical training and employment. Open training spaces allow students to gain hands-on experience with real-world industry projects before graduation.
